Our Olive-Fed Wagyu Denver Steak are also known as a chuck steak. They come from the under blade muscle in the shoulder. Although less well known than a Ribeye or Striploin, Denver Steaks are often more intensely marbled. So, this gives them a glorious depth and intensity of flavour.
All of our British Wagyu comes from cattle reared in the heart of Yorkshire. These cows are raised and nurtured on a special olive-based feed. It is this that gives our British Wagyu its wonderful silky, melt in the mouth texture. Its extensive marbling provides unrivalled flavour combining the rich buttery finish of traditional Japanese Wagyu with the more beefy, iron flavours of British grass-fed beef.
